1.  Tax rate of 10%

If the parcel is checked by the Customs (Duty NOT included), according to Customs regulations, the general value of the parcel for your is 30%. If the Customs believes that your declared value is too low, you need to provide a shopping invoice or online purchase records, and then charge 30% of the purchase invoice tax.

2.  Indemnification

Our parcels are three protection to ensure safe and correct. If the package is damaged, the post office need to prove that we will pay the value of the goods, if the post office can’t prove, we will pay 30% of the freight.

3.  After receiving the package to provide claim material

     

         a. Value proof:  The form is the website shopping order screenshots. It is important to note that you must provide a complete order. If one picture shows incomplete, you can separate a few pictures interception.

       

         b. Broken proof:  The form of the post office issued by the record sheet, check the form or the recipient to print their own proof. The post office staff stamped with postmark if you get any one. If the post office staff do not want to stamp, you can say this proof is to submit to the insurance company to apply for claims, the post office does not need to assume any responsibility. (Please mark the original TX number above the order on the damage proof)

         

         c. Details Photo:   Provide a picture of the outside of the package and the box inside the existing items photos. All items should be placed together when taking picture.
